What is Big Horn Velo? (or Who is Big Horn Velo?): A group (a growing group, we hope) of cyclists in the Chemung Valley in south central New York State (headquartered in Elmira but reaching like a benevolent kraken in all directions therefrom) who enjoy riding, training and possibly racing together.
